STAAR EOC Testing and Tutorials Information
EOC Testing Results
All testing results are online. We no longer mail home paper copies of results. Parents and students can access them at this website:
https://www.texasassessment.com/.
You will need to access your child's state assigned access code. You can do this one of three ways....
-
Log into the CSISD Home Access Center (HAC login), select grades, then the “test scores” tab to access your child’s Student Portal Unique Access Code. (Control F and type Access Code to quickly find the 6-character code on this page.) For more information on how to log into the CSISD Home Access Center, please visit the website (link).
-
Use the “lookup access code” feature at www.TexasAssessment.com for parents by entering your child's first name, PEIMS ID (Social Security Number) and date of birth. If you did not provide the district with your student’s social security number during registration, they were assigned a state identification number by the state. If you do not know your child’s state ID, please use option 3 below.
-
If the first two options do not work for you, please call your child’s campus to request the unique access code or a paper copy of the STAAR student report card.
